That being done, it looks like a pretty generic "Thomas The Tank Engine" toy. I'd be surprised if most toy retailers like "Toys R Us", "Walmart", "Target", or others don't have it or something similar.
If there's a railroad-specific hobby shop in your area you may want to check there as well. Most hobby shops have "Thomas" in their inventory.
