A few paper airplanes and airships:
The Fokker DRII likely would have been Von Richtoven's had he survived.
It shares the skies with a pair of Eindeckers, two DR-VII's, the British R100 and R101, the LZ-127 Graf Zeppelin and the LZ-129 Hindenburg. (The R100 is off to the left out of camera range.)
Down on the ground soldiers in both USA blue and CSA butternut parade behind the stars and stripes past the Hellgate bridge.
Trains, trains, wonderful trains. The more you get, the more you toot!
Nice Armistice Day commemoration! Well done!
Interesting, that "Fokker Dr. II" has a very strong resemblance to the real Pfalz Dr. I. Check it out...

Penny Trainstwo DR-VII's
ooops! That should have been D-VII's not DR-VII's.
Yep, them's D-VII's all right.
By the way, the Fokker D-VII was the only German aircraft demanded by the Allies as part of the Armistice terms. It was that good. The Allies wanted them all.
Meet the Fokkers. Sorry. Thanks for the SPF, Becky.
Meet the Fokkers indeed! Good one fifedog!
How's about a schwarm of Fokkers?

And where's Snoopy when you need him?
I thought calling it a "scourge" of Fokkers would be pushing it a bit.
Penny Trains I thought calling it a "scourge" of Fokkers would be pushing it a bit.
You DO know your history Becky!
If I know my history why do I have eindeckers sharing the sky with the Hindenburg!
Last I looked, wasn't that sky over Fantasyland?
