Gotta love those ONEL Trains

This was from a series of short films made by Warner Brothers about the behind the Eight ball Joe McDokes played by George Jetson himslf George Ohalerin

One of the films featured Joe fighting an undeserved traffic ticket         the cost?

two dollars which only gets worse as he tries to fight it

I can relate Joe gotta fight a triple ticket begining December for mailing a Lionel set to some one

SADLY No tempermental pretty wife to support me here

AND ON THE SUBJECT OF VIDEOES   go To you tube find Best Trains Channel

subjects to look for  Lionel and water and 2026

Would post link but current situation finacially(EVEN BEFORE ticket trouble) technical limitations prevents posting link

TRUST ME THIS HAS TO BE SEEN TO BE BELIEVED

Watch the video while you can. The Joe McDokes videos are available on DVD and the folks that own the rights to it will soon ask that it be removed from YouTube.
It is funny.

Possibly.  A lot of the films on DVD passed into "Public Domain" a long time ago so it's "open season" for any who want to reproduce and market them.

A good example is the James Stewart film "It's a Wonderful Life."

But you never know, so Mr. Burfle's advice could be pretty sound.

I based my comment on the fact that the Joe McDoakes films were pulled from Youtube for copyright violation a while ago. I guess the copyright could have run out between then and now.

In any case, here is the Wikipedia entry on the series. There are 63 films, most of them are still funny.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_McDoakes

Actually I believe the line is "Buy a round of track for the boys".  Joe McDoakes makes an annual appearance during the Saturday banquet at "S-Fest".  In fact it's become so much of a "tradition" that when the MC announced this last time around that they had experienced trouble in finding a playable copy of the film, there was a palpable sense of relief at our table.  Then he dashed all of our hopes by going on to explain that one was found literally just before the dinner program was ready to start.

I have figured out what is wrong with my brain!  On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!
