Hello everyone,
I have a set of Lionel 2421, 2422, 2423 Post War Passenger Car Set with the 521 trucks with rollers for the lighting and shoes for the coil couplers. I have been trying to locate these trucks as well as trying to find either the 488 or the 487 trucks without much luck. I want to keep the passenger set as close to the original as possible, however, I want to know if Lionel or any other manufacturer currently produces new trucks that will work with these passenger cars. I also would like to know if they produce trucks that are prewired for operation as I do not desire to wire them if I can get around that. Thanks.
