Will Lionel 8209 and 8300 run on AC? Or must they need work to do so? I'm considering one of them for the small layout I'm working on. They both would be about the right size for the 3x5 layout.
Both locomotives will run on AC power. They have the open frame motors and a 2 position manual reverse switch.
