Hello Brianmvsu ! You've come to the right place as you'll get plenty of advice from this Board.Your 262E Probably needs a good cleaning of the motor plus some fresh oil and grease and It will run with the best of them.Just take the Engine apart ,unscrew the brushplate.clean the commutator with rubbing alchohol on a q-tip,Then take a clean pencil eraser and clean the commutator segments.after that take a look at the reverse unit and see if it needs anything.(new fingers, wires, drum.) if so then there are a multitude of parts dealers who can help you out.Good luck and let us know what you want to do..Keith
