Ever since the FasTrack Module system came out from Lionel and the LCCA, I've been interested in possibly creating a module of my own- but before I begin, I wanted to find a nearby organization that uses the standards.
Anyone a part of or know of a club that uses the FasTrack modular railroad? I'm looking for a group in the Philadelphia or Harrisburg/Lancaster area in particular.

I'm aware of them, and have considered them as well. However, they don't follow the FasTrack standards.
That's OK, they're the only ones in that part of the country I'm aware of, my spies are everywhere but they DO miss things from time to time.
