Unable to Login using Internet Explorer 11. What to do?
Posted by dsmith on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 2:05 PM

I am unable to Login using Internet Explorer 11, I get an error screen that says "This content failed to load".  However, I can Login using Google Chrome.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I generally use IE11 on Windows 8.1.
This site works OK for me, but IE11 has so many problems on other sites that I really should switch to Firefox as my primary browser.

The only suggestion I have is to switch to another browser like Firefox or Chome.

To answer the question I logged out of Google Chrome, came back with IE11. Still no problem. I am running Windows 10 if it makes any difference.

I'm running:

Browser: Internet Explorer

Version: 11.0.9600.230

Update Version 11.0.29

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional

I haven't had a problem logging in at all.

I think if your using Windows IE 11 you have to fly up into the cloud first to make it work. Laugh

OK, I solved my own problem.  I installed the free Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7.  Windows 10 comes with Microsoft's new browser called EDGE and I can now login fine.
