Are you using the small cubes? The ramp needs to be smooth. If it is heavly chipped or rusty, sand the ramp down and repaint. If the ramp is smooth, wax it with some car wax. ALso make sure the cubes are smooth. Some reproductions are poorly cast and have rough edges. ALso is the man's arm shoving the cubes squarely down the ramp? The man sometimes gets twisted and does not shove the box flush. The man can be twisted back into position but be very careful because they break easily. Is the solenoid snaping the man in a "brisk" fashon? If the solenoid is sluggish the man is not pushing hard enough to get the cube down the ramp. If the solenoid is sluggish verify you are gettin around 15v to the accesory.

If you put a cube in front of the man, bypassing the spring plunger that feeds the next cube, does it travel down the ramp OK when activated? If so the tension on the feed plunger spring may be putting too much tension on the cube and using up some of the motive force from the man's arm to push the cube down the ramp.
