Avoid the Atlas 22 Degree crossing

THis thing is a mess, and will not work right. I fiddled with it for 4 hours, and it still produces blue sparks and flashes. I have the 90, 45, 60 and they all work fine. However i am only mad because due ot the modifications i can't return this piece of @#$%. ALso in an earlier post, someone alerted me to the same problems they had, and they alerted atlas.
Guess it's easier to produce this than to fix it. All in all a very very bad design. Atlas should pull this from the market till they fix the problem.

The problem is that the angle is so low, the rollers are hitting the grounded rails. At least that's what it sounds like. What kind of modifications did you make?

I might have some ideas for you, that would solve your problem.
