Why does my 6019 unload fine but will not uncouple either coil or magnetic couples? Also my 1019 operating track unloads fine but will not uncouple the coil couples? My 6149 track uncouples the magnetic couples so I know the couples themselves are working.
It sounds like either there is a wiring issue, or the controllers are not functioning properly. Here are the schematics for the 6019, and 1019 tracks. Make sure the switch contacts inside the controllers touch properly when the buttons are pressed, and also insure the small spacers between the contacts are in their proper places.
