New to the site and need some guidance
Posted by 41Woodie on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 4:42 PM

Hopefully I'm not breaking a rule by asking this on the forum.  Today I purchased a digital subscription to CTT, went through the deal with zinio etc. and can view the current issue without problem.  However when I go to the CTT website and attempt to view a layout file I see the "subscribers only" message.  I appear to be logged into the site as it welcomes me back by name. Am I missing an additional log-in or not holding my mouth right or what, any suggestions would help my technology challenged existence. TIA

Call our customer service number - they should be able to resolve subscriber access issues that crop up (they are the keepers of the database):

1-800-533-6644

Thanks for being a digital subscriber!

I appreciate your advice. I contacted your customer service via email and was able to resolve the problem.
