Oh yes mojambo, it's very bone numbing here in oh-high-oh!  Stick out tongue  But I don't think it's the weather alone that causes such phenomena.  Wink  Something else is at work in my brain every time I decide to tear down what I previously worked so hard to perfect because suddenly it isn't good enough anymore!  Laugh  Oh yeah, that's a real medical condition alright!  Laugh

Did you know that train layouts follow the 90% rule?  The first 90% takes the first 90% of the time and money, and the last 10% takes the second 90% of the time and money.
