Slope back tender with sounds??
Posted by KRM on Thursday, June 20, 2013 12:26 PM

Does anyone make a slope back tender with trainsounds or railsounds or anything like that. I was thinking it would be nice to put one behind my Lionel 1615 but I am not aware of one. I would be interested in any brand that would work off my ZW with a sound activation button and fit to the 1615.

 Thanks!

Kev contact Electric railroad they make sound units that you don't need tmcc to activate they can explain it to you or contact boxcar bill as he sells there stuff at a discount and can give you info on it also.

Thanks RT, I see that the newer Lionel O-4-O shifters have RailSounds. How could a guy just get the tender? I will look into that as well.

Looking for ideas and suggestions.

There's always Ebay.  Might take awhile though.

something to think about..maybe picking up a railsounds boxcar..and having the switcher pull it right next to the tender...then it leaves room in the tender for maybe a light
