Happy Thanksgiving to all
Posted by rtraincollector on Thursday, November 22, 2012 6:58 AM

This thanksgiving morning I sit here and look around me and the following things come to mind
1. There is not dirt , metal , or canvas all around me.

2. I'm thankful for my fellow vets keeping me safe and sound

3. I'm thankful I have the luxuries I have a home, a car, and all that go with it in and around my home

I pray that those less fortunate have some where to go today to get a hot meal. I pray that they have a place to lay there head tonight that is safe and warm.

This my friends are my wishes for today may you all and your families have a Happy Thanksgiving

Such a thoughtful post!  I am fortunate to have been serving our fellow veterans over 35 years.

Thank-you David for your service. I did 17 in the navy and now work for the V.A.
