After experimenting on a scrap piece of FasTrack, here's the finished version:

View showing slot cut for actuator ramp and notch cut for base. Note that the base and the ramp aren't connected; you could enlarge the notch and put a shim under the base, if desired.

With the actuator in place. Test cuts on the scrap FasTrack can be seen in background. I may need to wash some of that 'patina' off the 3376 car. ;-)
