Does anyone know where to buy parts for Williams by Bachmann trains. I contacted the parts department directly only to be told that they don't sell parts even though they give you a parts sheet in every box. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Sorry but no dice on the parts from anyone. The only way to get parts is by sending the locomotie in for repairs. Looks like I won't be buying anymore Williams by Bachmann locomotives, they won't sell you parts so you are forced in to sending everything in to the repair department. It's too bad they have nice running locomotives.

Select type of locomotive you have and the available parts should open up, add it to "shopping cart" and checkout.
Like most "Importing Companies" , not all parts are in stock all the time. That was not the case when the products were made in the USA and you were dealing with the factory.

A very limited amount of parts a total of 5 none of which I am looking for. I am looking for windshields and horns, basically all the parts that are on the parts list which comes in every box. I don't know why they bother if you cannot buy them.
Thanks,

Your best bet is to call WBB and get the "Tech" or "Repair" Dept. You don't want to talk to Customer service, they won't have a clue with what you want, the other Dept's will. If you have part #'s that helps alot. Good Luck
