Can Railsounds be installed at a reasonable price in an older GP-7 like the Chessie/GM 50th Anniversary diesel/electric by a DIYer?

You can install a Railsounds kit for prime mover sounds and bell/horn capability, or you can install a full TMCC system with Railsounds.
