hello i have a pennsylvania gp9 with a flashing strobe on top and it stoped flashing it just stayes on i can shut it off and on but it does not flash what can i do to fix it. i dont have manual for it i tried reset but that doesnt work. i just hope that i did the reset right like i said i have no manual for it but i have a manual for gg1 so i followed those instruction for reset.

Why it won't flash could be one of two thing but bet it has to do with something in one of the electronic boards the other might be bulb if it acually has the blinking in it. now for a manual you come to the right place one manual coming your way just need you to send me an email with your email address in it and will send you the file mine is a NYC GP-9 but they were the same just different numbers I believe I have manual on other putor and its slow so trying to send it to this one so I can send it to you will send you a email or pm with my email address in it

You could also try doing a "reset" procedure.

In the following order: Press "eng", the assigened #, Aux1, Aux2, and the number zero ( wanted to make sure this wasn't thought to be the letter O).

thanks all but found the answer and it was to reset it with code 5 i did and  its like new.
