Sept fastrack layout was it swapped out last minute?

my disappointment was the index said A full-sized, full-featured Lionel FasTrack layout plan

This 8 x 12-foot O gauge plan makes room for a multitude of trains and operating accessories       page 54

goto page 54 and its 12' X 16' layout

Was it changed at last minute?

Was hoping it was 8' X 12' as I actually have 8' X 15' to build in so making it longer would of been easy.

Incorrect dimensions were listed in the September issue Table of Contents for this layout. I apologize for the confusion this error may have caused.

Except for the isolated upper level loop, which I would prefer to see connected to the rest of the layout, this is one of the better track plans to appear in the magazine in quite some time, IMO. Very much in the Toy Train spirit. Thumbs UpThumbs Up

I must agree with Pete. I love this layout. I would also link the upper loop with the rest of the layout, but think the plan has great potential. Unfortunately, my space is similar to rtraincollector's at about 16 X 9. I just can't squeeze all the over and unders of this layout into that space. Too bad. I really like it.
