How bout crashing some trains

Too much serious talk on this forum. Am I the only one who likes to let their trains race at breakneck speed and watch them fly off the track.? How bout some topics like "Whats your fastest locomotive?" or "How many cars can your 4-4-2 pull before it throws a tire".

Nothing wrong with running one's trains fast, finding out which one is the fastest, or finding out how many cars an engine can pull before a traction tire goes bye-bye. Sounds like you're suggesting an extreme durability test?

I wouldn't let one of my $500-$1,000 trains run off the track for anything! That being said, I still like the old Addams Family episodes where Gomez wrecks his Lionels! Just living vicariously through classic TV.
