Aybody got an extra copy of ZW manual?
Posted by FEClionel on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 2:31 PM
I purchased a ZW in excellent condition from my local hobby shop for $150. Its all orginal and looks as though it was hardly ever used as I can see by the rollers and cord. It from a local who sold it to the shop a few weeks ago. Anyway, since this is my first multi-train transformer and since I wasn't around when these things were new(I'm only 24) i was wondering if you all had a copy or could point me in the right direction on where to find a copy of the original instruction manual. So far I must say this unit is amazing. I've been using my dad's 1044's for so long and now I realize just how much power a ZW puts out. On my first test my little 6250 Seaboard NW2 nearly became airborn. Anyway thanks guys and even though I wasn't around to experience Lionel Post-war when it was new its still neat to play with this stuff!

Dr.Fu-Manchu, The Train Guy with aid: Both the K-line Lionel Repair Manual and the
K-line Operation 0 & 027 trains has reprints of ZW instructions, And you can buy them
in hobby shops. If you can't find them or the Instruction sheet, let me know and I will
photocopy it for you.[8D] Update: I found a copy of the K-Line Operation book on
E-bay. It was in the Magazine, Mixed Lots In the Model Railroading Listings. It was
starting at $2.00(cheap) This Book has instructions for Track Plans and most
Lionel instruction sheets reprinted. Good Luck![:D]
