Lionel TrainMaster Command Control Instructions

Does anyone have a link to an online instruction booklet for a TMCC CAB-1 Remote Controller. I am trying to re-setup my father-in-law's TM CC and we cannot find the instructions for the hand held. For the life of me I can't remember how to set up each engine and the accessories.
We got the whole thing for him two years ago and he hardly ever plays with it. Now i need to get it up and running again.
Lionel's web site leaves alot to be desired. They could at least have some .pdf's of their manuals.
