DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT ISSUE OF TRAINS MAGAZINE FOCUSED ON THE REMOVAL OF THE K4 OFF OF THE HORSESHOE CURVE? WHERE CAN I GET THAT ARTICLE OR ISSUE?
