Vancouver Right-of-way

I am a beginner model railroader. The reason that Im on this forum is that I can't recieve information about the Dunsmir Limited and maps of its right of way.
The Dunsmir was owned by the rich Canadian family by the same (sur)name. It was a coal-hauler and had an interchange with the Esquimalt & Namino Logging Co., a logging railroad in Comox Vally, Vancouver Island, Canada. I also know that the interchange was nearby Royston, a log dump owned & operated by the Comox Logging Co. (branch of the CN).
They used ten wheelers and other six-coupled engines, there were also a few tank consolidations and there was one Mikido (tank engine).

The Dunsmuirs built the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway from Victoria/Esquimalt to Nanaimo/Wellington during the 1800s. They sold it to Canadian Pacific in 1905, and CP extended the E&N to Courtenay (just north of Royston), arriving there about 1913. Comox Logging Company (not related to CN) was the logging line that would have had the log dump.
