I´m searching for available videos (no matter if on VHS or DVD) about the following topics:

Videos about the AT&SF Super Chief,
SP Sunset Limited (both Heavyweight and Streamliner),
MILW Olympian Hiawatha, and
NP North Coast Limited (both Heavyweight and Streamliner)

On board scenes would be very great!

Videos about the following SP steam locomotives:
GS-4, AC-9 and the SP Class 4-10-2´s

Of course it would be nice if you also could name me some books about the topics mentioned if there isn´t a video available for this....

Pentrex had one called "The Super Chief" It was a promotional film for the AT&SF narrated by Art Gilmore who was on the old TV series Adam 12, He also did a lot of voice over work in the 50s and 60s. This video is on their web site.$14.95 www.pentrex.com.Good Luck!!
