Hi.

At ebay i found a brass HO model of an Pennsylvania P5A 4-6-4 electric loco. Can anyone tell me, who built it, when, and how much was it when built?

Thanks, Micha

I'm not an expert but I believe the P-5a models were imported by Alco Models sometime around the ealy 1970's. I believe they were originally in the $90 range.

You might check with John Glaab at Peach Creek Shops in Maryland for better info. He's somewhat of an expert on identifying brass.

Hope this helps.
