The only info. that I can find,shows it to be April 20th,1968.
I'm not going to guarantee the accuracy of this info.'tho.

Locomutt's information is correct according to the PRR chronology on the PRR Technical and Historical Society (www.prrths.com) website ... April 20, 1968.
