Help...
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 3:38 PM
I just purchased a Bachman spectrum 4-8-4 locomotive and I was happy on the price I paid which was $92.00. Now I am having trouble with the light on the front end. I have a two track layout for my main lines, and when I recieved it I put it on Track one to break it in. Everything was going fine until I decided to put it on track 2. One of the little electrical ears (that what I call them) that are supposed to be riding against the wheels of the locomotive got caught in the spokes of the drive wheels. I fixed that problem, now my light will not come on. Would that have any affect on it or does the power for the light come from the tender?

You would be better off to ask on the Model Railroader forum

The MR forum is a great place, and can answer most of your questions, and make you think. You should become a regular.
