Need BRASS A&B Diesel ID??
Posted by TeddyB on Sunday, December 19, 2004 12:28 PM
Hi ALL!
I have these 2 Brass pieces, at least I think they are! I got them with other older pieces. I can't find any markings on any of this stuff. There in a factory stamped "N" on the engine. I know that the bottoms and tops fit together because of the holes. The bodies have this fine mesh blocking the holes. ANY help would be GREAT!

Thanks, TedTrain!

looks like real early Tenshoda Brass by the motor and the style of the cab. They were able to quite get the Bulldog nose correct. Many were sold in A-B sets or even A-B-A sets and shorty passenger cars were also made in brass to match.

Those units are an A-B set of EMD FTs. From the paint they appear to be Erie units.
Ride Amtrak. Cats Rule, Dogs Drool.
