Great photos!

But how about some photos of those bridges at Blue Island crossing?

Tell us Chicagoans more about your layout.

All of the scenery blends together smoothly. The road crossing in the second picture look well done. And of course the two SP units look great.Big Smile

Well done modeling. Yes

Thanks for all the nice comments.  Here are a few more:

A southbound Grand Trunk train with empty auto parts cars heads toward Detroit.

A brand new SD70I leads a Duluth Winnepeg & Pacfic SD40 northbound towards Hayford.

CSX units hold by the abandoned 49th Street tower.

A Conrail C40-8 at Brighton Park Crossing.

A UP/CNW APL double stack train run-through from Conrail heads through Ash Street Crossing and across the famous "Scissors" bridges.

To add a few details.  It is an N scale layout, very unfinished. What you see are the only scenes that have been sceniced.  Do to my career being in constant flux, I've built it in sections.  Thanks again for all the nice comments.  Let me know what I can do to improve it.  It is my first time posting pictures of it for others to see but I am open to constructive criticism.  Thanks.

CHA,

Those are more great photos.

You show three bridges at Blue Island.  Does your layout have all 5 of the bridges that are actually located there?

Who makes the bridges that you have on your layout at Blue Island?

Great job.

I have to second what Rich said, & asked, as I am bridge crazy too.

I think you have done excellent work as, at first, I thought it was HO, not N, ..superb modeling!
